This service is simplified by their Pro-Pure system which allows remote monitoring and control which in my area of work is undeniably essential. We have had the Pro-UV system installed for 7 years now. Our in initial requirement was to have a non-chlorine pool, so after a lot of online research we decided to speak to our friends who had pools, one recommended the Sugar-Valley / Pro-Pure equipment they had installed - we are over the moon with the result. No more stinging eyes, no more dry skin, we have never had to use chlorine since and would NEVER go back!

Our original chlorine free system was from South Africa and installed when we put the pool in. This was ok but we suffered from very slimy walls and the pool regularly needed a thorough cleaning regime to keep the water looking clear - this included a regular shock dose of chemicals which wasn’t ideal. When we struggled to get parts Poolcare upgraded us to the ProPure which has been so much better. No more slimy walls, no more brushing and crystal clear water. We love it and our pool is much happier!

The L2S team have maintained our indoor pool for several years now. We originally contacted them via recommendation on a routine service call to service our chlorine control system. Recently this failed causing a massive over chlorination and the pool was unusable. We discussed all options available but took Jake’s advice and upgraded to a Pro-OX system. Since then our pool has been unbelievably stable, we no-longer need to store chlorine and with a small amount of salt the system looks after itself. More importantly we noticed that the property has stopped smelling like a pool, and our house is a home again. We are looking forward to adding the wifi control App and incorporate our heating to simplify things which will be completed shortly. The system is a truly versatile and expandable product that does exactly what it promises.

We have been installing the Pro-Pure Pro-Sal saltwater system for a few years now. We particularly like the modular nature that we can start with a basic entry level system that compares with the other competitors units available on the market. The primary difference is the upgrade options we have with this system, for instance we can add wifi connection and VistaPool at a later date, or lighting control with built in timing, heating etc.. The VistaPool App allows us to remotely monitor our customers pools as part of our service support package.

We built our uncovered indoor, 70m3 residential pool in 2019 with a view to hiring it out for private swimming lessons. Originally we used chlorine however the pool chemistry was unstable at 32’C and the environment was unbearable without mentioning the damage to the fixtures and fittings.
